Vegan Tofu Feta Cheeze Recipe
0.5 Block Extra Firm Organic Tofu
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Dried Oregano
2 tsp Dried Thyme
1 TBSP Parsley Flakes
3 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
Sea Salt to taste, (the tofu feta should be salty but not overpowering)
Press tofu to remove liquid and allow herbs and olive to soak in.
Cut tofu up into 0.5 inch cubes
Add herbs (except for parsley flakes), olive oil, vinegar and mix. Add dried parsley flakes, gently mix together.
Let mixture sit for a few hours in refridgerator
